At this time, you may review and sign our Telehealth Informed Consent document below and return it to your counselor in-person or by email. Please contact your insurance carrier to see if teletherapy services are covered under your insurance plan. It is the responsibility of each of our clients to contact their insurance company to verify this member benefit and inquire about any restrictions your insurance may have.
Currently, our counseling offices remain open for in-person therapy sessions though we are primarily conducting teletherapy services with our clients. We utilize Simple Practice in order to conduct these teletherapy sessions. Simple Practice is a fully HIPAA-compliant web-based platform. Please contact your counselor with any questions or concerns you may have.
